They can on time and did a fantastic job. Started and finished in one day. Cleaned everything up upon completion. Very happy with Eest Shore Home.

Louie Rose and Mark McNamara installed our new Master shower. We are very happy with the matrrials used, and the installation that went so moothly and quickly on a very hot Arizona summer day! They were right on time, courteous, and masters at their craft. They reviewed the project with us before beginning the work, checked in with us to confirm our placement preferance on shelves and grab bars we had chosen, and then disposed of all the old materials cleaned up afterwards. The first time install was not done to any standard of any paying customer. We called and they sent John Salerno and Jordan Barrientos out to fix the mistakes of the first go around. They did an impeccable Job and provided outstanding customer service while in our home. They took the time to explain to us what they were doing and once completed it looked amazing! Thank you Tony our sales rep for taking the extra steps to make this customer a satisfied one!
Barry was the team leader and was an excellent communicator and a perfectionist for the quality and workmanship. Mark and Darius were professional, highly competent and personable team members. I was extremely pleased with the entire process. West Shore handled the permits, ordering the product and the install. The team kept everything neat and cleaned up. They made sure that I was completely satisfied with the installation and finished project. Five star !!
Louie and Brandon were prompt, detail oriented, friendly and focused on doing their best ! They worked diligently together as a great team, proud of their work. It showed. I was very pleased And my bathtub/shower is impressive. I would highly recommend this company.
