This company did a fantastic job, start to finish, and made sure the project was done correctly and thoroughly, exceeding my expectations! Consultant Shane Albanese, along with Tony were ensuring and professional. The project installation team of Leah, Logan, Barry, and Dougie all were superb. I recommend this company highly!!

Spectacular
We hit a rough patch at the onset of the project. Suddenly there were others showing up to see what was going on and how to remedy it. That was done within 48 hours. The shower is beautiful! I could not be happier. Thomas H. is awesome and Darrius W. is a joy to be around. Darrius and I both grew up on the west side of Detroit! Small world! Their work ethic, attention to detail and care of my home was above and beyond. The West Shore team is awesome! I will be hiring them again! Thank you !
Run from this company. They are scammers. Made us sign a contract and enticed us with 25% off if we signed that day. Which we did. Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!
