The West Shore Home installation team of Daniel and Jordan was excellent. They were dedicated and professional. They left the place clean and were very courteous. The marketing team has space for improvement. It has worked hard to get the customer a good deal. However, not fulfilling promises on minor details timely left customer with unnecessary negative impressions. Had a tub to shower conversion done and are very pleased with all aspects of the job. From meeting with the sales representative to install completion everything went as stated and we were kept informed throughout the process. In and out in 9 hours and you'd never know anything had been done as they cleaned everything up.
West Shore Home did an amazing bathtub to shower conversion. Barry A answered all our questions/concerns with respect and made us feel at ease and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and attention to detail. The result is a beautiful shower that will be used for years to come. Thank you Barry A, Brandon G and Michael S for a job well done.
My techs were Jeff and Jordan. They were prompt, very polite and friendly and very efficient. They took great care when installing my new shower. I couldn� t have asked for a better experience.
Excellent work. Fast, courteous, and they left no mess. Awesome job. This was the second shower we had them remodel.
Installers Darrio & Daniel were knowledgeable in explaining what was being done. Very professional and courteous. The finished product looks great and we are happy and satisfied with the work they did.

Isaiah and Fabian showed up on time, each day, and they kept their work area neat as they worked and it was spotless when they were finished! And the job was completed in the time frame that I was quoted. They explained the scope of the work and let me inspect each step of the internal plumbing as they progressed. Very personable and excellent customer service and workmanship!
Service was great, no hassle whatsoever.
