They arrived on time and got right to work. Fabian was very thorough in going over every detail of what we ordered to our satisfaction. RecommendedThis whole experience has been amazing. Zack came into our home and helped us design our dream master shower. Then the solid teamwork Barry and Jeff had delivered our dream. They worked so well together and we were the ones that benefited. So much so that we have them coming back to do our second bath. Highly recommend!!

RecommendedHad the new shower installed about 2 weeks ago .. amazing result..looks fantastic .. just as promised .. the crew which consisted of Doug and Tim and Brandon were just the nicest bunch of guys. They worked hard and straight through and managed to complete the project in one day. It was the best home remodeling experience we ever had. Expense aside.. I would recommend West Shore without hesitation

RecommendedWe had West Shore Home out to do our master bath/shower this week and couldn't be happier!! It looks incredible!!! They are coming out next week to do our guest bathroom and we can't wait! Their techs/workers Fabian F and Darrius W were awesome! Very friendly, professional and respectful. I called the General Manager and told him we would like them to be the team to do our guest bathroom as well. Thanks everyone at West Shore Home!!!

RecommendedThe crew came 2 weeks before the promised date to do our shower installation. Daniel and Fabian were very personable and they explained the whole process to us before starting. When they got the old tub out, they found some plumbing problems. They called their master plumber who promptly came and fixed the problems. The crew had to work a little longer than usual but they finished up by 5 o'clock. Afterward, they explained the care and maintenance of our beautiful new shower. Our new shower is awesome.

Once West Shore Homes receive payment ($11,000 +) they ghost me. Travis Keziah, also known as Jonathan Keziah. During our home presentation, he made several promises that were not fulfilled. Travis assured us that he would visit our home the same day the insulation was completed; however, he failed to show up. Since then, I have attempted to contact him via calls and texts over the past two weeks, but he has not responded, and it feels like he has ghosted me.

Not only did they keep rescheduling us and having excuses but when they finally installed 6 mths after signing the contract. But the shower doesn’t drain the water and they came out to check it but did nothing. We kept moving our schedules to accommodate their management lackies and still can’t use our shower after a week of it being installed. I’m not sure who would rate this company with any stars. They came out to our home, quoted us a ridiculous amount, made us sign a contract, came to measure our space for install and said they can’t do what we want and the sales man sold us something they couldn’t do. Now they want to charge us a 35% cancellation fee! Run from this business. They are scam artists!
