RecommendedThis was a fast and painless experience. Numerous trucks a installers came and installed new windows in our whole house in one day. They were professional, courteous, fast and cleaned up well behind themselves. Jason was the lead from Louisville and Barry Bowling and James Pollard were among the crew. We are so satisfied with the job done and the quality of the windows. They look beautiful in our renovated home.

RecommendedShawn Miller did an excellent job explaining what he was doing. We had an issue with the valve to the water turn-off and he stuck around until he was sure it was fixed properly. On top of that the finished project looks wonderful.
RecommendedI love my new West Shore Home shower. The workers who came to install it did an excellent job and finished the installation one day as advertised. Several weeks later I noticed a problem with one of the shower doors. I called West Shore Homes, and they sent one of their servicemen, Justin’s Packer, to evaluate the problem. He diagnosed the problem and arranged for it to be fixed. He returned on the designated day and made the repair.
