Initial meeting with sales representative was very personable and he was extremely thorough. The installers The install The installers The installers were also very professional and meticulous about the quality of their work. I also was impressed by how they cleaned up upon completion by replacing furniture, mopping the floor, and even dusting.
Floyd and Wes came yesterday and completely transformed our bathroom! They were so easy to work with and went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I was very impressed with the way they worked to keep the mess to a minimum and they even tolerated the constant help my German Shepherd wanted to give all day! I couldn’t be happier!
How fast Jacob & Brian got the job done and cleaned up the mess as they were doing the job.
My windows were installed earlier than expected, the installers were super friendly and did a great job. I’m thrilled with the outcome.

They stand behind their work, the people who work for them know what they are doing and do it very well. CJ Sturgill put our shower in and done an excellent job. He came In wearing his mask, put down cloths on my floors and went to work. He was very polite and very good at his job.
We honestly would recommend West Shore Home. The gentlemen that did our project was Brad Howard, BrianJohnson, Connor Long and Jacob Sims and they worked hard and long hours which our project took them approximately 9 hours. The job that they did was fabulous and very professional and the finished project was amazing. Thank you Gentlemen from West Shore Home. We would rate them as a 5+ star rating.
