RecommendedAndrew was such a great account exec, as a business owner myself, I loved the presentation and sales process, not something people can say about many products these days. While we did have a slight delay in install due to manufacturing delays, Brian and Chris showed up on the scheduled day and were a fantastic team. Super friendly and communicative. All in all great decision and great outcome!
Highly recommend this company. The technicians were courteous, timely and highly experienced. Our bath installer was Shae Phillips and we could not have asked for a more professional, courteous installer. Everything was done to perfection and our bath is beautiful. He did an outstanding job and we couldn't be happier. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful new bath experience with professional, courteous installers.
From the beginning sales presentation with Mr Fernandez, to the installation with David and Pat, the whole process was Five Star.
Mike C.& Jordan M. did a tub/shower conversion to a walk in shower. Not only is it beautiful but it will be much safer for me to get in and out, as I have mobility issues. They were very professional and hard working. They did indeed get done in 1 day even though they ran into problems from an old, poorly built house; they over came every problem. I would like to go back to how beautiful it is, gorgeous! Thank you Mike & Jordan.

One day demo old shower and installed new one. Looks great haven’t used yet as we waited for caulking to dry. Brian and Steve did a great job. You can tell they like working with each other and their teamwork was great.
Nate & David did an awesome job on our downstairs bathroom. It could not look better. I was shocked with the quality of job that could be done in such a small place.
5 stars not good enough!! Hector & Q transformed our master bathroom into an amazing oasis with a new walk-in shower- great work!! So we signed up for a second install. Shae and Jordan followed up a few days later and did an excellent job with our guest bathroom bathtub/shower combo. I highly recommend West Shore! Professional, precise, and amazing!
