5 stars not good enough!! Hector & Q transformed our master bathroom into an amazing oasis with a new walk-in shower- great work!! So we signed up for a second install. Shae and Jordan followed up a few days later and did an excellent job with our guest bathroom bathtub/shower combo. I highly recommend West Shore! Professional, precise, and amazing!

Design Rep, Westly, installers Hector & Q were what West Shore Homes represent. Professional, courteous, timely, and skilled. We had a shower removal, and a new shower installed. It didn't take a day, it took less than 7 hours. The water was only off for about 30 minutes. In the middle of this, my wife decided she wanted to make a change in the type of showerhead she wanted. Great People from the salesman Triston that answered all my questions and was straight forward with us. to the young men Brian and Brandon that installed our new Shower, they did a very good with the install, Friendly Polite and very neat. other than the new shower you would not know they were here. Also made a call to the office and was called back within an hour. Very Pleased Don and Nancy

We recently had West Shore Home replace an old tub/shower with a step-in shower and all aspects were phenomenal! Our design consultant Noah was professional and personable and the price was actually less than we expected. He assured us we'd get on the install schedule within 4 weeks, but actually got it done within 2! The techs, Curtis & Brian, were great too. West Shore Home was absolutely the best decision we could have made in remodeling our bathroom. The technicians., Brian and Isaiah were awesome! They were very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in the project at hand. They replaced our tub/shower combo with a brand new walk in shower that is just beautiful.! Our experience with West Shore Home was positive from the beginning to end. Jared was our sales agent and he explained the process thoroughly. He even came by on the day of installation to check on the progress of our bathtub installation. Mike M. and Shae were our installers. They were prompt, courteous, informative and worked throughout the day until the project was completed. They made sure our carpet was protected and our bathroom was spotless upon the completion. Curtis and DQ Did a beautiful job completing our new walk in shower in about 8 hours. They were very friendly and completely cleaned up behind themselves. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
