I have been cleaning for an elderly couple for yrs. West shore did a bathroom remodel. All the caulking around the fiberglass shower they put in is nothing but mold. I suggested to them they should get the caulk redone. They called and had someone come out and got charged a pretty significant amount. When it should be at least under some kind of warranty or free for doing a rechaulk. I would recommend to not use them. Tub installed yesterday by the worst installers. They did a crappy caulking job and now the tub leaks and ruining our ceiling in the living room.

**Update** I received a phone call from Manager Brian. He apologized for the delay in reaching out and offered a partial refund and reassured us that West Shore will stand behind the install. Our new bath and shower is beautiful. Caulking could be a little neater/nicer but fine. We waited the full 24 hours for drying and began to use it. The day after we started using it we found a wet spot on our dining room ceiling under the tub/shower. I wanted to give a Bravo Zulu to Westshore installers Ray and Eric for my walk in shower install. These guys were great. From the beginning protecting the area of transit throughout the house, to keeping the dust to a minimum and clean up I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Not a good experience with Mike (Installer). Jason was quite and respectful. When your team arrived I asked Mike to see his work order. He told me I already should have one. I informed him that I wanted to see the work order to make sure we were on the same page. From the onset I was not made to feel that I was the customer. Glen and Steven did a wonderful job! Left the bathroom cleaner than before they started. Protected our carpet too. Update: walls started coming loose. Had that repaired. Found 2 rips in brand new flooring caused by repair. Still waiting for a resolution response. Not happy. For the money it cost for the remodel, I expected more.
