We had our master bathroom shower replaced on July 10th. Curtis & "H" did a fantastic job. They were on time & very professional. These 2 guys work great together. Great communication with them thru the entire process. Everything was installed & cleaned up in a timely manner. It was a pleasure having these guys come into our home to do the job. We will use them for our hall bath. Give them 10 stars!!
Jose and Patrick did a beautiful work, I love my new shower they finished in one day! I am so looking forward to them doing my hall shower !

During the remodeling of my 2 small bathrooms, I was told told I would have to purchase my own 2 pedestal sinks and faucets.I was told the company dud not have pedestal sinks under 24 inches.I was also told they dud not install the pedestal sinks because it was not the company's products.(something I was NOT told before) So not only did I had to purchase 3 pedestal sinks and 2 faucets.I had to find someone to install them.When the company came to install the pedestal sinks, I was told they had to tear down the wall and move ... read more

I have been cleaning for an elderly couple for yrs. West shore did a bathroom remodel. All the caulking around the fiberglass shower they put in is nothing but mold. I suggested to them they should get the caulk redone. They called and had someone come out and got charged a pretty significant amount. When it should be at least under some kind of warranty or free for doing a rechaulk. I would recommend to not use them. Tub installed yesterday by the worst installers. They did a crappy caulking job and now the tub leaks and ruining our ceiling in the living room.

**Update** I received a phone call from Manager Brian. He apologized for the delay in reaching out and offered a partial refund and reassured us that West Shore will stand behind the install. Our new bath and shower is beautiful. Caulking could be a little neater/nicer but fine. We waited the full 24 hours for drying and began to use it. The day after we started using it we found a wet spot on our dining room ceiling under the tub/shower.
