**** *. and **** arrived at scheduled time. Went through everything that was to be done and very professional about what I was expecting answered all my questions. They worked very hard throughout the day. Once project completed cleaned everything to my satisfaction. Then once finished they went over everything that we needed to know to keep the shower looking good. I certainly would recommend your company to my friends and definitely recommend **** and **** as the installers.
The seven gentlemen that came to my home today from West Shore were some of the most skilled, cordial, and cooperative group of workers I have experienced. ****** headed the team and there was never a member idol. *****, completed the most beautiful trim, work on the big window in my kitchen with stain to perfectly match. We had West Shore Home update 2 of our 3 baths. The tub/shower area in one, & a shower, ************** in the 2nd. Next month they're sending someone to finish the 2nd bath with a new window they're waiting to have come in.Both came out beautifully!The crew ran into issues during demo which they adapted to without increasing cost to us, though it ultimately meant higher **************** costs to WSH.They had to re-plumb the shower ************** for the 3rd bath (they weren't expecting to work on it at all!) due to pipes inf... read more
Matthew W. and TJ S. replaced our 3 pain bay window. Our old windows allowed cold air through. These new West Shore windows are beautiful and no cold breeze! The men worked very efficiently and had them installed and sparkling in under 3 hours.
