We had an excellent experience with our bathroom remodel, and we couldnt be happier with the results. ***, ******* T, and ***** were all fantastic to work with from start to finish. We wanted to change from a tub to a walk in shower because we are getting older now and trip while getting in the tub. We were really pleased with ******* and ***** who took the whole day and worked hard to make sure they made the shower just right. They did an excellent job, thank you.

West Shore has been top notch since the moment they stepped in the door. ***** and ***** came today for my install and they were polite, professional and left the area they worked in cleaner than they found it. The job was done beautifully and i was impressed at how quickly they got it done. My father is getting older and the shower upgrade that included grab bars and built in chair was well worth it. Highly recommend !
Overall fantastic experience. The installers were great, polite, caring and friendly. 13 windows and a slider in 6.5 hours in 45 degree weather ! On a personal note, we thought the old windows were to be completely removed - the new ones were fitted into the old window frames, not in the basic 2 x 4 frames. Miscommunication ??? Great job! Thanks ** and ***** (with West Shore Homes) for your hard work. They took their time and did a thorough job! We love our new shower! I would highly recommend them!
******* and ******* were very good. They came in and put cloth down to protect my floors from dirt and debris. They were very efficient and polite. I barely knew they were here working. They removed my old tub/shower combo and gave me a new walk in shower. Everything was cleaned up nicely. Swept the floor after picking up the cloth. The shower is beautiful and my bathroom was left as clean as it was before they came.
******* ********* *. we're our installers. They were fantastic!!! They were very knowledgeable and professional with the install. They answered all our questions with ease. They were perfectionist with the detail of work they performed. Would definitely have them back for another project.
