I was at first very skeptical about considering WestShoreHome Windows mostly due to their Shower in Day ad on TV. But I decided to get a 3rd quote and ultimately asked them. From the minute their sales rep **** **** came over and spoke with us we knew they were right for us. We could not have more pleased with the entire process. Superb window (6 windows) installation experience led by *****. He and his team, Desi, ******, and *****, were extremely professional, tidy, and did excellent work. Very impressed with their customer service...if you have install concerns and want a great install...ask for this team!

Review for ***** *******. ***** provided excellent knowledge and service. He reinstalled a shelf in my walk-shower. He didn't just glue it back on the wall, he evened the sides of the shelf to ensure it fit surely into the corner. He then reinstalled the other 2 shelves so they also fit tightly into the corners. Then he stripped the existing caulking, which had yellowed and re-caulked everything. He caulked a few areas the original installers missed. ************* did an amazing job on my new shower/toilet/floor in a day and a half. They went beyond on clean up and troubleshot some unforseen issues. They asked for input on shelves and handles before installing and explained steps when asked. The seams and caulking are immaculate. The Consultant, ****, went over the material and pattern combos in the initial phase, helped me match options and outlined the price for each choice. Overall great experience and worth the price.
