From beginning to end I have received premium service. ***** my sales representative was very good at explaining everything, was very knowledgeable and kind. Colb,Toledo and ***** did a fantasy job on my new shower
****** S and crew did a great job. Love the windows. The men worked hard. Personally I felt they should have made it a two day job. That was long day for them and I am sure it wasnt the first. Do have some issues but they will handle. They also cleaned up. Of course you will need to clean which is understandable with all the construction going on but they did a nice job.
My experience with West Shore Home has been phenomenal so far. I had someone (small family owned so-called business) come in and remodel my bathrooms a year ago and that experience was so traumatic and expensive. It left me extremely disappointed and stressed out. I felt that, after that costly mistake, I was skeptical to allow anyone to fix my bathrooms.After 10 months, I decided to try again.
