After watching several bathtub renovation ads, we chose West Shore Homes. We scheduled an in-home appt with Rep. Bob Wood. He was very professional, well versed on the product and answered all our questions and made our decision very easy to make. Pedro D. and Jordan C. were our installers and arrived promptly at 8 am the day of installation. Alex and Will were amazing!! They came to replace the tub with a walk-in shower. They were very professional and knowledgeable doing an exceptional job! They were very friendly and genuinely cared about our project! We absolutely love our new walk-in shower!! We also want to send a shout out to our salesman, Bob Wood - he deserves kudos as well!
