Joseph, installation manager and his helper showed up on Saturday as expected. I am handicaped and needed bath tub removed and shower installed. Project was completed in one day,as advertised. Cost was as I agreed. They cleaned up and were very professional.
They removed my old shower and installed a beautiful new shower all in one day. It is awesome. The guys were very professional, friendly, and followed precautions due to covid. They took measures to protect my home by cleaning up afterwards. Can't remember the 2 guys that did the installation but they were great. Joey Kun returned some days later to do some additional caulking and he also was professional, knowledgeable, and kind. From the sales rep, Eric, to customer service, and finally installers Brandon P and Ron B the project was professional and smooth. Eric is very knowledgeable and is able to educate the customer on not only the product, but the entire installation process. Brandon and Ron were friendly and completed the project in a timely manner, with no mess left behind!
Our Salesman Dalton was very experienced. We wanted a new Entry Door and storm door installed. He was very nice and not pushy. He explained what kind of doors we were getting and had a variety of pictures to show us. Eric and Jimmy were the installers. They did a great job installing the Entry Door and Storm door. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up after the installation. They were really nice and really great workers. I am very impressed with the overall experience.
NATE J AND JEREMY WERE VERY QUALIFIED IN THEIR JOB . THE FINSHED PRODUCT IS WONDERFUL. WOULD RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE WE KNOW.
Westshore sold us and installed our beautiful outside door. Our old door was letting cold air in. The window was single paned glass and air was getting around the seal. Our new door is fantastic. The installers Craig, Rob and Freddie did an excellent and thorough job.
