The 2 company reps -- Garrett B and David T. arrived on time and installed my new shower. Very professional young men. They did an excellent job with my new installation. They were very thorough in their work. Cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous and placed protection down on my floors first thing. I am going to have my upstairs shower installed next year 2021. Frank Scofield did an excellent job installing the shower doors a couple cosmetic things. Very professional and clean. Finished in a timely manner.
We had West Shore remove our cast iron tub and install a walk in shower as we plan to age in place. Jim was the representative who came to the house and explained all about their products and their services. He spent an hour and a half with us making sure all our questions were answered and was kind and thorough. Dan M. and Mike R. came 11 days before Christmas and had the remodel done within 8 hours! From the point of contact with Zachary Smith to the Installers, Travis Hoyle and Ryan Elliott, it was a smooth and satisfactory transaction. All parties answered questions to my satisfaction. Travis and Ryan did their duties with great resolve as it was a long day for them. My new shower area is magnificent! Great product and great service.

The installers were terrific
The installers, Chad D Williams and Robert Fairclough did a very good job. They were courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They told us each step they would do and then they went to work. When they finished they cleaned the bathroom and had us look at the new shower. We were very happy. We had the pleasure working with Cody Tingler and Zack Stone. They are two amazing workers. On the day of our install it was raining but that did not stop them two. We would recommended them to anybody. There work is amazing. I just got out of my new shower and it was so refreshing with all the new shower stuff.
