Josh Q Jason S and Darian W removed my steel bathtub and installed a new bathtub on my second floor. Additionally Josh replaced the drain and that was difficult as there were light fixtures for my kitchen located very close to the drain. Also they had to remove a bulkhead and cut the ceramic tile on the walls and ensure that the tub surround met the ceramic tile. They did an outstanding job!!! the first time tub was installed it was not level. They came back out redone project to our satisfaction. Roy and Jermaine were very professional.
2 men were very nice and thorough with the steps involved in completing my shower and kept me informed at each step. Enjoyed the 2 men.
In less than 7 hours West Shore politely and efficiently removed a tub and replaced it with a beautiful new shower in a home we just bought. What a wonderful difference it has made to our bathroom. Brandon and Chase did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend West Shore.
The 2 company reps -- Garrett B and David T. arrived on time and installed my new shower. Very professional young men. They did an excellent job with my new installation. They were very thorough in their work. Cleaned up afterwards. They were courteous and placed protection down on my floors first thing. I am going to have my upstairs shower installed next year 2021. These 2 young men are an asset to your organization and they deserve the bonus you provide them from this rating. Happy Holidays to all of you and blessings.

the installers and electrician were fantastic arrived when stated. Install was quick and professionally done > Shane ,Larry and Shawn were very professional .Would recommend this service and business . Had a walk in tub installed. They were very clean in the final install.
