Love my my bathroom
The installers were terrific
John F and his crew did an excellent job replacing our contractor grade bath/shower combo with a stand-in shower. Unlike most projects we've done over the years this was a turn-key job. We really didn't have to do anything on the backend aside from removing labels from the glass shower door. The crew arrived @ 8 AM and finished @ 6 PM. They were very careful of the floors and walls and produced a great result. Tim Harrison, Brad and Eric Sweeney were very professional and did the impossible. They worked diligently to get my daughters two sliding glass doors installed in one day. They quickly resolved hardware issues and met all my request immediately. These gentlemen were fantastic and I hope to have them back for my windows.
I had a tub/shower removed and replaced with a new shower. Kevin and Hunter explained the process as it moved forward. Put down floor coverings and cleaned up afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend these guys. Looks great!
We had a problem with the shower doors and Steve May did a great job fixing them. He was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and once he was finished with the repair, he showed me the finished result. Wonderful job!!
We had a small issue that needed to be resolved after our shower was installed. West Shore sent a Service Tech by the name of Joey Kun to asses and resolve the problem. Mr Kun was on time, very communicative, professional and extremely polite. On the day he came back, he again was on time and was able to answer all of my questions and resolve our issue. He is definitely an asset to West Shore Home.
