I contacted West Shore Home, Wilmington, NC for a bathroom remodel. A new shower was installed 12/14/2020. Brad Q. and Chris B. were the installers and they both could not have been more professional, polite and efficient. The shower looks amazing and was installed as promised in one day. Pretty impressive experience. I would definitely use them again and I would also highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to update their bathroom.
After installation, there were some minor repairs that were needed. I called Westshore Homes and a repairman was sent out quickly .Frank Scofield made the repairs professionally and to my satisfaction. The installed shower looks great and makes caring for my elderly mother-in-law so much easier. Great value to my home.
We had 3 windows replaced, two of which were large 5x5 ft front windows. The crew, TIM and BRAD, were on time, knowledgeable, careful, innovative, and thorough in their work. All the windows look great, and they did a good cleanup upon completion. A great experience, and we will soon have West Shore come back to do a front entry door and another window.

Johnny / Brian were very professional in the work that was done, to replace my shower to a Westshore shower. Johnny / Brian were very clear on giving us step by step on the whole process with removing and installing our new shower. I would be happy to let my family and friends know what a great job Johnny / Brian have done and recommend them to anyone that is looking at updating their bathroom shower. Great Job guys!!! If I could rate Johnny / Brian ten stars, then I would definitely do it!!!
West Shore Home is an amazing company to deal with from the in home consultation to the actual tub to shower conversion process. Representative Michelle Skorski, who was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional, came to our home and clearly explained all options and took the time to answer all our questions and concerns. She then showed us the discounts we qualified for and calculated the final cost. We were blown away! An added blessing was that General Manager Paul Janoski was with her that day.
