Ray Pollard and Travis Hoyle took out my old bathtub and installed a beautiful walk-in shower. I am having knee replacement surgery in January and this walk in shower will come in handy as I recover from that surgery. Ray and Travis are professional and polite. They were here on time and had my shower installed and cleaned up in 8 hours. Thanks

Our installers, Dylan P. And T.J were great. The whole process went very smooth and was beautiful when complete. I am very happy with my shower and will highly recommend West Shore Homes. From my salesman, Lane , to my installers the whole process went very easy and smooth.
We had Michael and Dalton come out and fix one of the side walls of our walk-in shower. They showed up early, were super professional, wore their masks, and cleaned up after they were done! They even gave us the paper that we never got on the initial install for proper ways to clean our shower in order to maintain our investment! These two more than made up for the initial impression of our first two install techs!!
My installers Tim and Jeff actually showed up early but didn't want to bother me until 8 AM. I had them come in and start their day when I when out to my mailbox. They were very polite, professional and did an awesome job while removing and installing the new shower. At the end of install, they made sure that everything was cleaned, explained everything to me about the new install. It was very good and it was all done in one day. My installers were Dan C. and Tyler H. They were very good and they cleaned up after they were done. They explained everything that I needed to know. All in all they did a great job.
