I had to have caulking redone in tub/shower. Frank was very professional and quick. My tub/shower looks brand new again.
Salesman Tony was prompt & polite. spent time with me. I picked out something and later in the day called him and he came back and I picked out another paneling and I am so happy with my choices. Installers were on time, clean and very nice. I small part was missing from my shower head and another tech came with a piece. It worked fine but he called me back and said he found something better and could he come back to change it. He was right and I am so happy. EASY to clean and still looks like the day it was installed.
From our design reps, Jim Sorensen and Kevin Lewis, to our installers, Chase Vosga and electrician, Shaun, we were so impressed with West Shore Home and our experience with them. Of course, the Kohler product we purchased is exceptional, but no one likes demo day in their home. My experience with the people at West Shore Homes Charleston, SC has been most awesome. I knew with the age of my home, almost 50 years, we might run into problems. We did!
