Ray Pollard and Travis Black of West Shore Home of Charlotte traveled 5+ hours to help out the West Shore Home Virginia Beach office with a bathtub and shower replacement on the second floor of our condominium. They were experienced and knowledgeable about their work. They arrived as promised at 8AM and were finished shortly after 2PM. Shane, Alec & Josh J. ; were punctual, professional and worked tirelessly to get this job done. Even the mishaps we encountered didnâ� � t deter them. With same respect to Tiffany who took my calls to help find solutions along the way. No one skirted the issues rather faced them; informed us and pushed forward. Needless to say I have a beautiful master shower that serves our needs. Hoping to hear from glass company today.
