The house of my mom needed to have her tub and shower replaced. She decided on having a walk-in shower put in. We were very pleased with the overall experience. From the planning with our sales consultant, Winston C. He showed us patterns and how it would be done and how long it would take. The installers were here right on time. Dan C and Ricky H went above and beyond to keep us in the loop of progression during the day. Very friendly and efficient. Thank you so much. Our walk-in shower is beautiful.
The team that installed our new shower (Dylan P and T.J.) were fantastic. They were right on time the day of our install. They were courteous and reviewed the project before starting and reviewed the project once completed. Dylan and T.J kept the job site clean and left it clean when the job was complete. It truly took them one day to completely change our bathroom. Hats off to Dylan, T.J., and West Shore Home!
Travis Black and Zach were prompt, curtious, followed Covid safety guidelines by wearing masks and social distancing. They worked extremely hard with no breaks that we could tell, and completed our tub to shower conversion in one day. The shower looks great and we would recommend this company to others. The job was done within 2 weeks of being ordered which was another bonus.
The work done by Andre and Travis was A plus. I have worked with many contractors through the years and I know what professional is and they were that. I could not have been more pleased with the finished product . Clean up was a breeze; I thought it would be a mess after but no, it went very quickly.
