Pedro D and Brian J did an excelent job replacing my bathtub for a walk in shower. They arrived on time. Very organized, professional and courteous. No waste of time, very efficient. I am very happy with the upcome of the project.
Chad the sales representative was very informative. He said they were about 6 weeks out on remodels. The next day I received a phone call to schedule the remodel. They scheduled me in just 2 weeks. Then they actually did the job a day ahead of schedule. Angie, John, and Eric were great. The install went well. They were very professional and friendly. They cleaned up very well and before thay left. My new shower looks amazing.

The Workers were on time. They were Tyler ,Zach ,and Tim. Very professional and considerate. The job was done well and completed on time.

We used West Shore Home to re-do a shower in our guest bathroom. Overall, we had a great experience from sales through to installation. The in-home consultation appointment was scheduled at our convenience, and not overly long. We were able to skip the sales pitch because we knew we were going with West Shore Home when we made the appointment. Within an hour, we had our color and shelf count and paid our deposit.
