We had our shower completely redone. It looked great but one of the bars came in the incorrect color. Joey Kun came out and changed the bar. While he was here, we mentioned that the hot water didn't seem to have much power. He took apart the shower fixture and fixed the hot water valve. He also removed some silicon fingerprints from the doors that had been left during installation that we could not remove with glass cleaner. Johnny and Dexter were here on time, knew exactly what to do, and got the job done. They removed the bath tub and all down to the base. They installed a beautiful gray surround, new base, new fixtures and grab bars, and sliding glass doors. Great JOB! Will tell my neighbor about it, and he will probably have them do his too.

West Shore Homes did a bathtub to shower conversion in my home. Was very skeptical when two gals showed up for a major plumbing project. Skepticism didn't last long as these gals did the tear out, re-plum, and install VERY PROFESSIONALLY !!! Very pleased how this project turned out. APRIL and LEANNA deserve 5 STARS !! Supposedly the gals get a $20 bonus for a 5 star rating ??? THAT SUCKS !! They deserve much more that for all their hard work.. Their sales philosophy is NOT very good.
