West Shore Homes did a bathtub to shower conversion in my home. Was very skeptical when two gals showed up for a major plumbing project. Skepticism didn't last long as these gals did the tear out, re-plum, and install VERY PROFESSIONALLY !!! Very pleased how this project turned out. APRIL and LEANNA deserve 5 STARS !! Supposedly the gals get a $20 bonus for a 5 star rating ??? THAT SUCKS !! They deserve much more that for all their hard work.. Their sales philosophy is NOT very good. Andre, Alex and Ricky were professionals. They worked very hard to complete the job. I appreciated their diligence in there work. The outcome was superb due to their diligence. Courteous and helpful were experienced.

From John Grunewald the design consultant to Dexter F. and Johnny the install team everyone was professional, happy and were willing to take both time and effort to address any questions or needs we had in respect to the design and final out come of our new shower stall. Dexter F. and Johnny covered the carpets and stairs runner. They cleaned up everything. Excellent and efficient work done, beyond expectations
had 2 showers replaced same day by 2 crews. Tim and Jeff did guest bath and Drake and Ashton did Master. they got hereat 7:30 AM and both were finished by 3:00PM. great work.
