Dexter and Johnny had to replace my shower. They were very courteous and arrived early. They explained what they were going to do and ensured that was what I wanted. From the beginning, I knew they were going to get the job done right! They took their time and did an excellent job! They even cleaned up after they were done. Thanks again, Dexter and Johnny!
We used West Shore Home to re-do a shower in our guest bathroom. Overall, we had a great experience from sales through to installation. The in-home consultation appointment was scheduled at our convenience, and not overly long. We were able to skip the sales pitch because we knew we were going with West Shore Home when we made the appointment. Within an hour, we had our color and shelf count and paid our deposit. Mike Austin and David did an excellent job! They were friendly and efficient and made sure I knew what they were doing and gave me options and tips about where to put shelves and bars, etc. They protected our long hall rug and the floors and walls as they hauled out the old bathtub and tile. It was an all around pleasant experience and I now have a beautiful new shower!
The sales rep. Joshua S. was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. We couldn't ask for better installers, Dan C. and Ricky H. They were timely, professional, courteous, answered all of our questions and were continuously cleaning up behind them. We had one shower replaced and also replaced a tub with a shower. Both showers are beautiful and are now more functional.

It was amazing to watch a 20 year old discolored fiberglass tub/shower unit disappear in less than an hour. After that, they stripped the walls down to the studs, upgraded plumbing, installed a new shower pan and walls to the ceiling, installed new fixtures, and finished it off with a beautiful glass sliding door. In just about 5 hours flat my bath now had a beautiful, easy to clean shower. This is a company with very high integrity. They have done everything in their power to make sure that I was happy, and received everything that I was promised. Steven Breland and his crew were nice and took care to leave my home better than when they arrived. They were here on time as I was told and completed the job on time. My installer was Jeff Fitch and he was very knowledgeable about the installation and extremely friendly. He went above and beyond with the work that was required of him and a couple of extra touches also. When the work was completed in about 2 days which was a shower replacement that required a retainer wall to be torn down and a new one erected along with a beautiful clear glass and chrome shower doors installed, myself and my wife had to give Jeff a tip in appreciation.
