Beautiful shower
Outstanding service. Ryan was excellent in his sales presentation and follow up. Mike and Maleek were professional and were greatly to work with. Installed, excellent clean up and service.
Our salesman Dan Halsey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us throughout the process. Joe and Chad came out and removed all our old tile. They did a great job and did not damage any tiles outside the shower area. The pan was the wrong size and they had to order a new pan. I was contacted by Zach with WestShore Home and he expedited the pan order and kept me updated. When they received the pan, Ryan and Ashton came out to do the installation. We had our shower completely redone. It looked great but one of the bars came in the incorrect color. Joey Kun came out and changed the bar. While he was here, we mentioned that the hot water didn't seem to have much power. He took apart the shower fixture and fixed the hot water valve. He also removed some silicon fingerprints from the doors that had been left during installation that we could not remove with glass cleaner. Johnny and Dexter were here on time, knew exactly what to do, and got the job done. They removed the bath tub and all down to the base. They installed a beautiful gray surround, new base, new fixtures and grab bars, and sliding glass doors. Great JOB! Will tell my neighbor about it, and he will probably have them do his too.
