wish I could leave zero stars! Shoddy workmanship and mediocre at best materials. It took over 6 months to actually "finish" the bath room remodel. 3 defective vanity tops, plumbing parts needed replacement, shower doors had to be replaced as well. the vanity cabinet has crooked drawers. Everything, of course, was the fault of the manufacturer. I will be paying for this bathroom the rest of my life, only to regret it every single day! My 89 year old Mother hired company not knowing any better. A little over $9000 for just a tub and enclosure. Took advantage of elderly. Company would not give me any pricing for the materials. Way Over priced ! Not worth it.
Very disappointed in West Shore Home. We had a bathroom shower installed, and they have had to come back three times to re-install it due to shotty workmanship. The work is subpar, especially for the price you pay and communication was not great, with promises made when talking to sales, and then days going by with no attention to our account.
