Run from this company. They are scammers. Made us sign a contract and enticed us with 25% off if we signed that day. Which we did. Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!

After the first 2 days, the job was done, but looked like hell. the corner trim around the floor was not even square, the floor tile was uneven and creaking, the shower floor was pooling in spots, the technician had no pride in his work at all, After several days of waiting, the GM said they would send someone else back out to make repairs. horrible terrible what a mess they made of our entire house the workers never masked off the rooms they had been working in and drywall dusk and sawdust went thru the entire home. Everything was done wrong the shower head is not centered the new flooring after the wrong color was put in the first day and had to be redone because Rex the salesman is a horrible salesmen that claims he pushed the wrong buttons for colors ... Second time the installers put in the floor did not go to the tub and they put shower walls on the floor... read more
As of this review it has been 25 days since the install of 10 windows. West Shore Home ruined our home. They used a cut off tool to remove our old windows and this left at least a 1/2 inch to a 1 Inch cut in the vinyl siding of our home in each direction of every corner of every window meaning there are now 80 slices in the siding of our home leaving it vulnerable to moisture and insects, etc. On some windows there are bigger holes and along the sides are slices down the sides where the siding was cut and the underside left ... read more
