West Shore sold this job as a bathroom remodel of 2 days. After the first 2 days, the job was done, but looked like hell. the corner trim around the floor was not even square, the floor tile was uneven and creaking, the shower floor was pooling in spots, the technician had no pride in his work at all, After several days of waiting, the GM said they would send someone else back out to make repairs. horrible terrible what a mess they made of our entire house the workers never masked off the rooms they had been working in and drywall dusk and sawdust went thru the entire home. Everything was done wrong the shower head is not centered the new flooring after the wrong color was put in the first day and had to be redone because Rex the salesman is a horrible salesmen that claims he pushed the wrong buttons for colors ... Second time the installers put in the floor did not go to the tub and they put shower walls on the floor... read more
As of this review it has been 25 days since the install of 10 windows. West Shore Home ruined our home. They used a cut off tool to remove our old windows and this left at least a 1/2 inch to a 1 Inch cut in the vinyl siding of our home in each direction of every corner of every window meaning there are now 80 slices in the siding of our home leaving it vulnerable to moisture and insects, etc. On some windows there are bigger holes and along the sides are slices down the sides where the siding was cut and the underside left ... read more
Put in an oversized vanity, in the process tore out a supporting wall, took an extra 5 weeks to finish project� �..but charged me for completed project� �..customer service is very poor� �� �
Shower floods bathroom shower unfinished
I know the rating my seem harsh but I have to express my honest opinion. This was a painful process and this company needs to step up there game especially for clients who are investing over $100,000 and entrusting them with our home. I think the main problem is they try to work too fast and so several big mistakes are made that end up costing us a lot more time. Management isn� t easy to communicate with. The serviceman was very nice and fixed our recurring problem with the mold that keeps coming back under the caulk in the shower
Poor quality of work, didn� t clean up after themselves; left cigarette butts in my mulch & food on my driveway (ants ants ants everywhere). Hooked up the hot & cold water to the shower backwards. Were not to touch the vanity but removed the trim I am guessing because of the new floor, replaced it with white trim against an oak vanity & gray floor. When the guy came back out to make corrections he refused to change the trim because the contract said they were not to touch the vanity! So now i have to pay someone else to fix ... read more
