wish I could leave zero stars! Shoddy workmanship and mediocre at best materials. It took over 6 months to actually "finish" the bath room remodel. 3 defective vanity tops, plumbing parts needed replacement, shower doors had to be replaced as well. the vanity cabinet has crooked drawers. Everything, of course, was the fault of the manufacturer. I will be paying for this bathroom the rest of my life, only to regret it every single day! My 89 year old Mother hired company not knowing any better. A little over $9000 for just a tub and enclosure. Took advantage of elderly. Company would not give me any pricing for the materials. Way Over priced ! Not worth it.
Very disappointed in West Shore Home. We had a bathroom shower installed, and they have had to come back three times to re-install it due to shotty workmanship. The work is subpar, especially for the price you pay and communication was not great, with promises made when talking to sales, and then days going by with no attention to our account. Terrible experience. Quoted 2 day job, ended up being 2 months!! No caulking in some places, bad joints in others. NOTHING like what was planned. The floor wasn?t square with the room! They came and?fixed it? THEN offered ?hush money? with a contract so I wouldn?t do exactly what I?m doing!! Also with that they decided to ?void the warranty? lol. Trash company!! They are good until they actually install!

We had to keep calling them back to give as an appointment. Company kept doing shortcuts. Quality of the work was inferior/unsatisfactory. The person was also confusing to work with. They say they were trained but they were not.
Run from this company. They are scammers. Made us sign a contract and enticed us with 25% off if we signed that day. Which we did. Then they had someone come out and measure our door who told us that they couldn?t install the door/window that we wanted and the sales person sold us something they couldn?t do. Now they are trying to come after us for a 35% cancellation fee even though they can?t deliver what we ordered! RUN for this business!
