I had e shower installed in a downstairs bathroom. The contractors finished the shower in one day. I used the tern finished extremely loosely. My washer/dryer room is next door to the shower install. In the middle of the project, the contractors realized the blocked the dryer vent. At first the finished bathtubs seemed like they were good quality. Now I have to constantly get the caulking redone. I am not happy or satisfied with the service provided.
Too expensive
WSH brags about how they are customer friendly. Could not have been further from the truth than on our project. From the mess the workers left behind in the beginning of the project to the inexperienced people sent to provide some service work after the project was in, did they meet our expectations at all. 14k later i have a damaged floor along with a damaged ceiling in my down stairs. Also after the renovation I had drainage issues. Another $400 later the drain was fixed. There was material from the demo found in the drain. West Shore said it was not their problem. Their plumber who damaged my floor who came back out to repair the leak that he caused that damaged my ceiling made it clear it was not his problem nor is it West Shores problem. Terrible experience through and through. First installer left half way for being sick. I had to make many calls to get a reschedule. Second guy came in angry because he was made to work on his off day. He yelled at me when I asked a question on city inspection. Sales man told me the wrong things. Second crew left some equipment on my bathroom counter and permanently stained the surface. Oh their customer services were dreadful!
