After we agreed on price I took two days off of work. I noticed a 40 X 40 pan way smaller than agreed on. He found another but still not the same size as agreed. I asked for a reduction in price. Never heard from him. They were to come for final walk through but never came. Called and rescheduled but never heard from them. I think they took advantage of senior citizens. I now see commercials for 1/2 off of price. I wish I new that but what I know now is they can't be trusted. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Baleigh Colton Octavio It is impossible to determine the value on the day of installation. That could take almost a year to determined.
They are a rip off. Find a local contractor. I had my second shower instead by a local contractor and it was better at half the price. Ill never use West Shore again
Had a shower installed several months ago and after 3 visits and the walls of the shower having to be ripped out, I still have a mess including a hole in my bathroom wall. If I have known this was their best I would have NEVER have hired them
I had e shower installed in a downstairs bathroom. The contractors finished the shower in one day. I used the tern finished extremely loosely. My washer/dryer room is next door to the shower install. In the middle of the project, the contractors realized the blocked the dryer vent. To solve this problem, the contractors redirected the dryer vent to blow into the house and placed a stocking over the opening to catch the lent. Yes, you read that last sentence correctly. At first the finished bathtubs seemed like they were good quality. Now I have to constantly get the caulking redone. I am not happy or satisfied with the service provided.
Too expensive
WSH brags about how they are customer friendly. Could not have been further from the truth than on our project. From the mess the workers left behind in the beginning of the project to the inexperienced people sent to provide some service work after the project was in, did they meet our expectations at all. Once they got our money it seemed like they did not care about making the customers happy.
