David Peugh, was the lead contractor, along with two trainees. Too much procrastinating, received false information about panel instillation/ the stopping point of install. The consultation contractor Matt, was suppose to be there on day of installation, did not show to confirm what was promised.
We hired West Shore to install a wheelchair-accessible shower in our master bath. We chose West Shore as we thought that with them being in the business of just bath projects they would have the knowledge to install such a shower. It was decided that what would be needed was 2 in step up with 2 in ramp going across. We trusted their judgment assuming that they had done this before. cannot bet the workman ship
West shore had to make three trips to my home to make corrections from the initial install. The guys who came out were Courteous and professional, but the actual manager wasnâ� � t. It was my impression that he was all about getting done and moving to the next job. As a customer, I didnâ� � t feel appreciated. I donâ� � t recommend spending your hard earn dollars with this company.
The price was very high. The install was so bad only the caulking could be fixed. The showerhead leaks and the shower rod is crooked (the right side is further than the left side). If you want a less expensive remodel, great Install in the Triad NC area. West Shore does not care. The installers were very rude. The repairman sent for caulking was nice and actually commented that it was not right without me saying anything about problems, just showing him the tub.
