The represenative, ***** *** was very helpful in explaining the steps I would need to go through to be able to solve my problem with my taxes. He took the time too make sure I understood the plans moving forward.
The first ****** I spoke with regarding my issue was **** *** and I am so glad. **** was professional as he explained in detail his company, what they could do for me and what I would have to do. He explained each step and provided the name of the attorney to handle my case. He was courteous and empathetic to my concerns. My experience so far with Five Star Tax Resolution has been great. The service provided by ***** *** was exceptional. He was friendly, patient and explained everything very clearly. He "held my hand" through the whole initial call. Although tax resolution is never a pleasant topic, I am extremely glad i chose Five Star.
