So I had no idea where to begin when it came to filing taxes for 2024. Luckily, I reached out to Five Star Tax Resolution and was able to schedule a free consultation with Natalie right away. There was a point sometimes where it felt like I had nowhere to go. Felt like I wouldn't know how to table my next meal at this Stage in my Life because of the Fear of Tax Issues caused High Blood Pressure. I came to Five Star Resolutions to help me with my tax debt. I was told they would help me with my tax problem and wanted $2500.00 from me to do so. They sent one Offer of Compromise to the IRS that I thought was too low and was declined by the IRS. Five Star Tax Resolutions said they would work with me if the offer was rejected but I have heard nothing after 4 e-mails and 10 phone calls. $ 2500.00 is a steep fee for very little done and being ignored!
