Was excited to purchase this refurbed Switch for a friend and was assured that it would arrive by 12/24/25. I was updated that it had shipped but the data never seemed to update. After the holidays had come and gone I was refunded the full amount because they were "out of stock".

Beware! The seller sent me the wrong item and then charged me over $100 restocking fee accusing me of damaging it. Even though I have pictures showing it was the wrong item and damages when I unboxed it. Worst experience I’ve ever had on Amazon.
Do not buy from this seller! Order an iPhone on December 22nd was suppose to arrive on the 24th, it never did. On December 31st after multiple call with Amazon representatives I ask for my refund. According to ups the seller never ship my package. Do not buy from this establishment.
