I came a day late and when it arrived, it was not what I ordered!! I ordered a purple iPhone to surprise my daughter and I got an ugly white one instead.

Shipping package was opened and box was opened. However, we left the bubble wrapping etc. on the phone and never opened any of the phone or parts. Seller claimed the phone was damaged, however, the phone could not have been damaged due to it never being unwrapped or ever being turned on. I only received half the refund. If I could give a negative review I would!

The buyer did not contact us before returning the device and left this feedback instead. The return arrived weeks after delivery with a damaged LCD. We promptly reached out to explain the situation but received this negative feedback instead of an opportunity to resolve the matter. This feedback does not reflect our efforts to address the situation fairly.

I have returned this phone and am just wondering when you will refund my card.

I paid a little bit more extra for my phone since it was stating excellent condition the phone has no scratches well taken care of no problem with that but once you try tipping it’s soo horrible there’s always missing letters or I have to stop and really press on the keyboard in order to get it when making a call the sound is not clear

Poor mislabeled as good. What they labeled as good was dented on all four corners. We returned immediately without turning on. They only refunded us half the value of the phone, claiming the $150 was the restocking fee. Avoid this company!

The buyer had the device from 12/20 until early February and returned it with severe cosmetic damage that was not reported beforehand. We communicated that a restocking fee would apply per Amazon policy and offered support, but the buyer demanded a refund, did not acknowledge the details in our responses, then left this feedback.
