Fake shipping info and product never came. Beware
I purchased this phone that didn’t arrive with a charger or anything. When I was finally able to charge it, and see that it only reached 85% I returned it. The seller claimed they received a different phone and only issued me a $35.00 refund. Charging $470 restocking fee. Then going back and forth with me telling me to send a return label so they can send the phone back. Would not recommend!

Se supone que recibiera el producto el día 9 de marzo pero nunca llegó. Cuando voy al rastreo de paquete nunca se movió del último lugar en donde se encontraba.
Same issue as other reviewers- order placed kore than a week ago and never received, a FedEx label was created but never received. Seller not willing to refund but created an investigation with FedEx instead
I ordered a phone in "Refurbished - Excellent" condition. It was covered in scratches, both the screen and the body. There was even a chip in the corner of the screen. This does not correspond to "Excellent" condition in the slightest, even taking the product description into account.

I had Amazon contact seller I still haven't heard anything my arrive date was yesterday the 10th now it's saying it's delayed till the 16th it's just ridiculous I think twice ordering through 3rd party again
The battery health was described above 80 but I received a phone with 74% battery health
