Ordered this MacBook Air and received it. Right out of the box the screen did not work; was completely black. Returned it immediately and still have not gotten refund. Do NOT buy RENEWED or REFURBISHED Apple Computers from Amazon and this seller!

Watch screen is all scratched up. This is definitely not “good” condition.
My phone suffered an untimely death, so I went to Amazon & found a seller that could provide me a replacement in less than 24 hours. Well apparently they'll promise delivery in 24 hours & then 23 hours after you order, they tell you to expect your phone a full on week later. Seller claims it was a system-wide problem with UPS, which obvi is a lie. UPS went down for a week? Bought directly w/Amazon
No WIFI connection so I returned this item.

Item was described as “excellent” condition which was not the case, there was screen and frame damage and the band was dirty and sticky.

One we finally got the package after not being delivered to my address we set the phone up an it will not even stay charged
