Defected item trying to return item not able to move forward on app

I purchased an Apple Watch from WirelessCommerce and Item was listed as “excellent like new” battery overheats and will not charge more than 50%. Edges are all knicked and scratched up along with the edge of the screen. Battery health is 75% how can this be listed as “excellent”. Do not recommend doing business. Falsely describes item condition.

The items dint came on time
I ordered a phone in excellent condition however it came without having all original parts as the screen was replaced. As a result the screen is very unresponsive at times especially when typing. Overall the seller and how they handled the situation will definitely not buy from them ever again

The package was not delivered within the promised timeframe. I ordered it because I had a return trip to Brazil, so the delay made the delivery useless for my travel plans. Additionally, the charging cable is incorrect: it came with a USB connector, while the listing specifies a USB-C cable for the Apple Watch Series 2 charger. The product does not match the description.
Watch has someone else’s Apple ID on so was not able to set it up. That’s the whole reason I sent it back! I am not able to take the iCloud off if it isn’t mine!
My phone, has not came yet the date is march 9. I'm very unhappy 😡.
I returned this item because it would not recognize any of three SIM cards we installed. I sent it back and was charged a restocking fee equal to the purchase price of the phone. THIS IS RIDICULOUS! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN!
