They sent me a phone that was highly cracked and totally different from what I ordered. I then sent the phone back and they are now trying to give me a refund of one cent. Yes, a penny as a refund that I spent 190$ on. This company is a rip off!!

Purchased renewed iPhone that guaranteed a battery capacity that exceeds 80% but arrived with a message saying the "battery's health is significantly degraded" and only at 77% capacity. While the iphone also came 3 days late due to Fed-ex issue, Amazon asked seller to provide me a credit but they ignored this request. Fed-Ex confirmed there would be no charge to the seller due to lateness.

Ordered a refurbished iPad in “excellent” condition and received the most scratched up iPad I’ve ever seen. Was offered a 5% discount (aka ~$25) in exchange for it, even though it wouldn’t even qualify as “good” condition. I don’t know how this iPad passed any sort of QC. Be wary of this seller. Returning and will be purchasing from a more reputable seller.

My daughter’s 15th birthday is 3/15, wanted to give her this phone, it’s delayed 3 days!! So I get to give her an empty box, thanks. Should have bought it at store!
Item never arrived. Seller extremely rude. I had to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company. I will never try to buy anything from this scam shop again.
The bell it’s broke
Phone never came on the phone had multiple scratches on it and the screen isn’t on the phone all the way like it’s been replaced
I paid for Renewed PREMIUM, meaning that the battery life should still be AT LEAST 90%. This crappy POS phone came to me at *73%*!!! This is the 2nd time I've been duped by this company and in the same way! This company is a bunch of con artists. There's no way this happened to me twice accidentally. Now I have to take the time to return the stupid POS.
