My order were to be delivered today why it wasn’t delivered and the 23 is way too far , I bought this phone for my dad to send it to him tomorrow, can’t wait for the 23 if I can’t get my order tomorrow than I don’t need it anymore, because I won’t be home to receive my order I’m traveling to Africa that’s why I ordered this phone for my Dad and it was to be delivered yesterday or today… I’m so fru
Item would not hold a charge. Returned within 24 hours. Seller refused full refund and only returned half the purchase price claiming restocking fees. Item was not full refurbished in excellent condition as claimed, it would not charge past 35%, returned immediately but they still kept over $150!! Do not buy from them!

Never sent the item . Always postponed the date , never contacted me , I’ve contacted him and never answered my phones calls . It was a waste of my time . Do not purchase items from this seller
Hice el reclamo el Vendedor , y contestan que FED EX , entrego el paquete ( mediante remision de un acuse de recibido impreso ) , pero la oficina alega que no recibieron . La unica verdad , pague por el iphone y no llego el paquete en mi poder ( SE PERDIO ) , se lavan las manos . y no hay prueba de FOTO de la entrega del Paquete con la ETIQUETA de ID (para el TRACKING) en la direcion
Received on awful condition, ask for my refund same day, now they telling me the phone was perfect at the time of the purchase and shipping, having issued tu get my money back, be careful

I returned the item due to battery below 80 percent - the phone was not in excellent condition and had a scratch on the back - which I took a picture of and resent back - received notice they were only returning 50 percent of the payment due to a crack. but not sure how you can take 126$ off my refund when the difference between excellent and good is less than 20 bucks.

I paid the higher price for a renewed phone because it was listed as LIKE NEW but when it arrived today there are scratches all over the phone and screen. What a rip off.

This item was described as excellent and had scratches on through the front screen on the phone as well as corner scrapes on the phone. very disappointed when advertised excellent and very light scratches that aren't to visible is completely lied about.
