DO NOT do business with this company. I was sent a phone that wouldn't charge, Screen was glitching upon trying to return the phone it would not allow me to sign out of my account.Unfortunately w/ no other option I had to send it back still signed in. Then I was told bc I was still signed in to my account they were keeping my money, not my fault I was sent a faulty phone. 700$ is alot of money

Everything I ordered got received or is on its way the iPhone order I did not receive and it said it had the wrong address now it’s late and I’m still waiting on the iPhone that I pay for
arrived 3 days after the promised date, phone has numerous scratches and a specific "ding" in the upper right hand corner, battery life is 79% (less than the minimum standard of 80%), does not meet the expectations for being in "excellent condition"
I will be canceling my Prime membership.
Says delivered but not received
Still waiting on a package. Was supposed the be delivered on Feb. 27th and it's still not here. Only label has been created. They haven't sent it off yet!
BEWARE-they sent me a phone with 71% battery capacity. I tried going through the return process by going to a UPS store, but wasn't able to get a box+label. That's probably on me for not being familiar with the return process, but I was still sent a defective product and am still currently going through many pains to deal with it.
