The problem resolution for people who cannot return the package is terrible; they send products in poor condition and only want to resolve it with a partial refund of 5%, which is far too insufficient.

A22+ {renewed} Nice phone but the FOUR sides skuffed and speaker damaged...can live with that but the speaker audio sounds like an AM Radio bad reception...tinny at mid range and higher frequencies - ALL AUDIO..calls, YouTube, Facebook , Music files. I WILL NEVER! BUY ANYTHING RENEWED/REFURBISHED Amazon items again. Returning is cost prohibitive [out of US residing] I'm stuck with a lemon!

I ordered an EXCELLENT CONDITION phone and it arrived with scrathes on the top. So not as described. ALSO HAVE HEARD NOTHING ON MY iphone I sent in for a 100.00 CREDIT>. I will be contacting AMAZON customer service
I have not received the package and I think it shoud be drop at the door instead waiting on someone to sign.
My order (of an iphone) was supposed to be delivered on 3/4. Chose this particular phone because of its promised delivery date. When I check the delivery at the end of 3/4, still said "Shipping label printed". Only after my 1-star seller feedback (should be a no star, and it does not show) here, the shipment started to move, arriving two days later. VERY inconvenient. Just don't buy from them!!!
If I knew they were going to require a signature for delivery I would have never ordered from them. Now I have to take hours out of my miniscule weekend to retrieve my package.
