From first contact with the sales planner to instillation they were courteous and knowledgeable. The sales rep. presented a complete overview of what we could expect and what the finished project would look like . When installation crew arrived they were very professional and efficient at the removal of the old tub/shower and the install of our new walk in shower. I would recommend West Shore Home to any one thinking of installing a walk in bath.
Tyler & Josh Very Prompt...Arrived on time and very professional cleaned up after installation, best remodel project I have ever experienced
Jesse Sutton came to the house and presented the project. He was thourogh and covered everything I needed to know. Kevin Alicia arrived less than a month later and installed the shower in a day. He did an excellent job, cleaned up the area , and was polite. I am happy with my new shower and would recommend this company to anyone needing a shower install.

Douglas Broadwater was exceptional. He thoroughly went over the product and options and patiently waited while we made the final decision on what we wanted to do with our bathroom.
