TYLER H. DID A GOOD JOB EXPLAINING THINGS, AS TO WHAT MATERIALS, AND PRICES ARE, AND THE SCHEDULING OF THE PROJECT. THE TEAM OF JOE LENHART and CODY HICKMAN DID THE ACTUAL REMOVAL OF OLD TUB and WALLS and INSTALLING NEW CUSTOM SHOWER WITH DOORS I STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY KEPT MY DOG ON LEASH WITH ME. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. VERY PLEASED WITH RESULTS.
Some of the screen was pulling away form the screen door on our slider. Mike Sholley came out and replaced the entire screen and re-installed it. He was very professional and gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again.
I had a door installed, which involve removing an old door frame that was cemented into a cinderblock. Everything was well explained before and during the process, Jared H. and Dale were on time, did a great job despite some challenges with an older house, and having to make a few adjustments as needed. Everything was left clean. I am very happy with the door. Expect that you will pay premium pricing with West Shore, but they do deliver a top quality product and service.
Brian and Tyler did the install of 6 windows and a patio door and were fantastic! A great team. Did it all in one day in some cold, windy weather. The whole process from design to purchase to install went well. Noticeable difference in the interior temperature.
Tony and Tom were able to complete the install without issues. I was impressed with their meticulous approach to details and ensuring that everything was 100% to my liking. We even had a visit from a client adviser during the install to drop off some holiday cookies.
Everything went as advertised... one-day installation, no payment up-front, all high-quality materials. Everything they installed looks great. Customer service was excellent.
I just had a door and 2 windows installed by West Shore Home. The installers of the door were Danny and Paul. They and two other installers - Brandon & Austin - installed the two windows. They were the neatest, precise and patient installers that I have ever seen in my home. Sam and Joe did a good job installed bathtub and shower.
From the sales consultant Christian it was a great experience. Drew, Kevin, Jake and Jordan were the installers and did a fantastic job. They were very neat workers, cleaned up afterward, made sure personal articles were protected during the install. Drew was outstanding! Very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.
