I give West Shore two thumbs up! From the initial consultation to the install everything went smoothly. Yat was excellent at helping me design the doors that fit perfectly with the aesthetics of our old colonial home. Aaron and Drew worked so hard and installed the entry and patio doors with ease. No issues what so ever and the doors look absolutely amazing. Will use for all future projects and highly recommend West Shore Home to others.
Bernie and Dale did a great job with our installation. They were friendly, courteous and efficient. The end result was a first-class professional job done completely and expeditiously. We would not hesitate to hire West Home for another project. On the front end, the sales approach was likewise very professional and effective.
The installers Steve G., Ralph, Tom, Dale, and Jake did a super job of not only the installation but, also with the cleanup. They were very professional and polite. Our salesman was Chad Schanker and have recommended him to a family member.
The crew that installed our new walk-in shower were awesome.
West Shore Home did an excellent repair job of the trim around our new door. He was skillful and thorough.
Craig D and Dale E did a professional install of an exterior door. They got here on time and left the area clean when finished. They explained everything before starting and after very clearly. You couldn't ask for better work. The salesman Josh D was great as well. West Shore sets a great example for all others.
Paul, Josiah, and Ricky installed a new front door for us 2/13/19. From beginning to end the west Shore Home experience was wonderful. Salesman Mark was great; the door even arrived early. Paul, Josiah Ricky, the installers, arrived exactly as scheduled, kept our home clean, explained everything as they worked, cleaned up after completion, and were friendly and professional throughout. This company will not be cheaper than the local big box store, but in this case, you get what you pay for and it is definitely worth it!
Installers Danny C. and Sean C, achieved excellent results, worked diligently, left the house and work area clean, explained thoroughly all of the work performed, and were very courteous.
Needed a new rear entry system (frame, storm door, and door). Guys came out and upon install discovered what turned out to be a larger problem. Turns out that water in my foundation is what caused my original door and frame to rot out in the first place. Ralph and Tom were up front with me and recommended I not have the door installed until the water in my foundation was taken care of.
