Amazing. The sales team was thoroughly knowledgeable and attentive, leaving us with no questions and feeling good about what would be done. The installers, Corey and Charlie, who are not subcontractors and work directly for West Shore, did the highest quality job possible and delivered over and above what was promised. We purchased 9 large replacement windows from West Shore Home. They did an excellent job. We were impressed with all of the West Shore employees that came to our home. We were particularly impressed by Neil Parker, our Design Consultant, and the installers, Bernie, Jordan, and Dale. After a shower install my pocket door would not slide (no fault of installer) Jeff came out several times to look at the door and came up with a solution. The door works better than before! Jason in service went above and beyond to make this right. The entire process from sales, install, and follow up repair was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to refer them to anyone.
