RecommendedFrom start to finish West Shore Homes was easy to do business with. Our rep, Brian Laird, was fantastic! He helped us decide on colors and fixtures to elevate our bathrooms. He also hung in there with us when we changed a few things! Our installers were awesome! RecommendedJason B and Jose G arrived at 8:30am and left at 10;20pm. Upon arrival they installed debris mats on all access points to the worksite, Upon completion, they removed the mats and vacuumed the area. They were very professional and friendly. They are great assets and representatives for WestShore Home. The finished job looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company and especially this team of installers.

My experience with West Shore Home was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite their elaborate sales pitch, which included an extensive history of the company, they failed to ensure the proper measurement of the peep hole on my new door. As a result, the peep hole is positioned too low, rendering it practically useless. What’s even more frustrating is their refusal to accept responsibility for this oversight.
