It was everything advertised and more. Craig and Luis, my installers, were all fives. They were pleasant, efficient, and left my home cleaner than it was. I am beyond satisfied.

Exceptional experience from beginning to the end. Tom McAfee our sales rep presented the various options, answered our questions and helped us find the best solution for our tub to shower conversion. my salesman Jason Whitley was a great guy who went out of his way to make sure i got what i wanted and needed. the installers Steve Terry and Jose did a great job on the install. The team installed looked good until the North wind started blowing into our living room! It was so bad we had to tape u the door to keep the cold wind out of our house!

My experience with West Shore Home was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite their elaborate sales pitch, which included an extensive history of the company, they failed to ensure the proper measurement of the peep hole on my new door. As a result, the peep hole is positioned too low, rendering it practically useless. What’s even more frustrating is their refusal to accept responsibility for this oversight. If you want to get something done do not choose this company. It was a complete mess. First issue was the sales rep told us one thing about door size and then when asked she verified the opening was going to be 29 inches. In actuality it was only 21 inches on sliding door once installed. We made sure to ask this before install and even have text messages about the size. Buyer Beware! I had to wait a while before I wrote this review. I have never been so mad!! We signed the contract on December 31, 2022. We needed our shower/tub combo replaced with a shower. We were looking for the fastest way to get this done and were impressed with the info from the sales agent. That's where it ended. They were scheduled to do the install on January 11, 2023. West Shore Home thinks it's OK to charge a customer $10K to remodel their bathroom and leave it with broken tile. They broke our tile back in November 2021 when installing their walls and have yet to remedy the situation. They actually had a lot more problems than just the tile and had to come back to reinstall their product. What they advertise as a 1-day remodel has turned into a 5-month nightmare. Trust me, you can find a much better company to let into your home.
