RecommendedJason B and Jose G arrived at 8:30am and left at 10;20pm. Upon arrival they installed debris mats on all access points to the worksite, Upon completion, they removed the mats and vacuumed the area. They were very professional and friendly. They are great assets and representatives for WestShore Home. The finished job looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company and especially this team of installers.

My experience with West Shore Home was nothing short of a disappointment. Despite their elaborate sales pitch, which included an extensive history of the company, they failed to ensure the proper measurement of the peep hole on my new door. As a result, the peep hole is positioned too low, rendering it practically useless. What’s even more frustrating is their refusal to accept responsibility for this oversight. If you want to get something done do not choose this company. It was a complete mess. First issue was the sales rep told us one thing about door size and then when asked she verified the opening was going to be 29 inches. In actuality it was only 21 inches on sliding door once installed. We made sure to ask this before install and even have text messages about the size.
