West Shore Home did a great job of a complete master bathroom replacement and installation of new flooring in our master bedroom and one other bedroom. They were on time, checked to make sure what we ordered was what they had to install, cleaned up everything, and were very courteous and answered any questions we had. **** A, ******* C, and **** M replaced our old spa bathtub and shower with a new, modern walk-in shower. All three gentlemen, in addition to being for-real gentlemen, were highly skilled craftsmen. The new shower turned out beautiful. Not only do we have no complaints, but we are totally satisfied with the quality of our new shower. We would recommend these gentlemen and their company without reservation.

Price seemed high when this started. After the completion of the project, it's worth the price. The install guys had to work in the cold rain and they did so with a great attitude. Quality product coupled with great service. I would recommend West Shore to everyone.
I had a tub/shower replaced with a walk-in shower. G, ****** and **** A did an exceptional job. They were very considerate of my home and kept me informed throughout the day. *****, the Assistant Sales Manager stopped by to check on the progress of the project. West Shore Home has a great product and the service received today was outstanding!

Wonderful experience from meeting ******* ******, sales, to the 2 installers ***** and ****. **** kept me informed every step of the process. The installation went beautifully with both ***** and ****. They worked hard all day and arrived when I was told they would arrive and finished by 6pm.I had a bathtub replaced with a walk-in shower with glass doors. Teak wood seat, grab bars, shelves, and magnetic hand held shower head.Thank you West Shore for a professional experience!
