We.had a front door installed ( four doors) because the paint failed on the first three. West shore tried to make it right with the first three doors. The fourth door was an upgrade and they made it right. The two installers, *** and ***** were very friendly and professional. We would give them five stars.
When ******* came to my home and gave a sales pitch for his company West Shore, I thought,"C'mon! Seriously?" So it was with some trepidation that I waited for my appointment . Today, ******, ** and **** showed up a little before 9am ripped out my bath and put in an amazing shower! All in six hours!! They left everything spotless. **** was the lead man in the installation of our wonderful door. He is so knowledgeable, has fabulous attention to detail, and is kind and ready to give of himself to make your experience just right. He saw that an existing under the door sill piece of wood had started to rot. Without us having to ask, he put in a new piece of wood and caulked the entire assemblage really well. Had been contemplating a walk in shower conversion for a while. Met with ***** from West Shore, did the sales pitch, considered options, then negotiated a deal. Was looking at 4 or 5 weeks out, ***** had me set up in 5 days. Guys arrived on site bout 9am and got right to work. Having been in construction for a number of years was amazed at the cohesiveness of these three guys. No b**** n or complain n. They were have n fun. By 2:30, 3pm they were done. West Shore Home installed a new front entry door for us, and it looks fantastic! The ProVia fiberglass door with windows is a huge upgrade for our home.Big thanks to ***** and ***** for doing an excellent job. Their workmanship was top-notch, they kept everything tidy throughout the process, and they were very mindful about minimizing the time the old door was out so we could stay comfortable. On top of that, they were just great guys to work with.If youre considering a new door, Id definitely recommend West Shore Home.
***** came and replaced the showerhead. He did an excellent job cleaned up after himself hauled away the materials and explained to me how the new shower worked. Thank you, *****.
